While at Alaska Airlines, I have been fortunate to be involved with several products and business areas. I am currently leading the enterprise-level product design and user experience for all responsive web-based platforms as well as our mobile Android-based devices. The two case studies below represent products in which I was initially the sole Product Designer but have since handed off to individual Designers.
